Deleting an Alias<\/span><\/h2>\n

You may follow the steps below to delete the internal redirect that you have created:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Click the <\/span>Delete <\/b>button in the transactions column of the desired address.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select the addresses from the list and click <\/span>Delete <\/b>to remove multiple internal redirects.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If you prefer an email address linked to your domain to function solely as a direct router without an inbox, you have the option to utilize the <\/span>External Forwarding<\/b> feature.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Adding a New External Forwarding<\/span><\/h2>\n

    Below are the steps to add a new External forwarding:<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Access <\/span>Domain> Domain Name Management (Your Domain Name)> Addresses> External Forwarding.<\/b><\/li>\n
    2. Click <\/span>Add<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Enter a desired email address in the <\/span>Email Address<\/b> field.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Input the external forwarding address in the <\/span>Forwarding Email Address<\/b> field.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Ensure the address you add for external forwarding hasn’t been used before as a forwarding, distribution list, or email account.<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. Click the<\/span> Add <\/b>button to complete the process.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Access your internal and External forwarding via the <\/span>Referrals <\/b>option. Utilize the <\/span>Search <\/b>section to find email addresses in forwarding lists.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
