You can start using a new account immediately after creating it.<\/p>\n<h3>Adding a New Account<\/h3>\n<p>Follow these steps to add a new account:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Login to MX Layer Management Panel<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Go to panel.mxlayer.com and log in with your credentials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Select Domain<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Click on the &#8220;<strong>Domains<\/strong>&#8221; option from the menu list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Select the domain you want to manage, then click on the &#8220;<strong>Accounts<\/strong>&#8221; menu in the &#8220;Domain Management&#8221; page that opens.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Add New Account<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>In the <strong>Accounts<\/strong> page, click the &#8220;<strong>Add<\/strong>&#8221; button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mxlayer.com\/help-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/add_new_account.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-808\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mxlayer.com\/help-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/add_new_account.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1915\" height=\"649\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mxlayer.com\/help-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/add_new_account.png 1915w, https:\/\/www.mxlayer.com\/help-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/add_new_account-300x102.png 300w, https:\/\/www.mxlayer.com\/help-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/add_new_account-1024x347.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.mxlayer.com\/help-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/add_new_account-768x260.png 768w, https:\/\/www.mxlayer.com\/help-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/add_new_account-1536x521.png 1536w, https:\/\/www.mxlayer.com\/help-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/add_new_account-750x254.png 750w, https:\/\/www.mxlayer.com\/help-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/add_new_account-1140x386.png 1140w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1915px) 100vw, 1915px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Define<\/strong> <strong>Account<\/strong> <strong>Information<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>First Name &#8211; Last Name:<\/strong> Enter the first and last name of the account user.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Account Address:<\/strong> Enter the username for the account you want to create (you cannot reuse a previously taken username).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Status: <\/strong>You can set the account as active or passive. In passive mode (Archive Mode), the account will not accept new messages and will be closed to use.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mobile Number:<\/strong> Enter the phone number of the account user. This will be used for security verifications and notifications.
