This enables you to access detailed information about the emails sent and received.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Access:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can access log records by clicking on the Logs icon located in the upper right corner.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Incoming and Outgoing Logs:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From the Log Type option on the left side, select &#8220;Incoming&#8221; or &#8220;Outgoing&#8221; to view the status of the respective emails. This shows when and under what conditions the incoming emails were successfully delivered or why they were quarantined, and the delivery status of outgoing emails to the recipient server.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Filtering and Searching:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can filter log records based on various criteria. Search by start and end dates, sender or recipient email addresses, email subject, sender or recipient IP addresses, and queue ID. The system retains log records for only 15 days.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Action Statuses:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can filter log records based on action statuses:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delivered: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Successfully delivered emails<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quarantine:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Emails quarantined<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rejected:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Emails rejected<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Held: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Emails held<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Statuses:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can filter log records based on various statuses:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Antispam:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Indicates the email is held in quarantine due to triggering the antispam filter.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SPF:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Indicates the email is held in quarantine due to issues with the SPF record.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">URL: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Indicates the email is held in quarantine due to a link within the email content.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Antivirus:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Indicates the email is held in quarantine due to triggering the antivirus filter.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RBL<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Indicates the email is held in quarantine due to being on a real-time block list.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trusted Sender<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Indicates the email is accepted because the sender&#8217;s address is trusted.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Blocked Sender:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Indicates the email is not accepted because the sender&#8217;s address is not trusted.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rule:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Indicates the email is processed or blocked according to specific content filters set for incoming emails.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Filter<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Indicates the email is accepted, quarantined, or rejected due to being filtered for some reason specified on the panel.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mxlayer.com\/help-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/umg_logs.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-865\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mxlayer.com\/help-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/umg_logs.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2048\" height=\"891\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mxlayer.com\/help-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/umg_logs.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/www.mxlayer.com\/help-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/umg_logs-300x131.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.mxlayer.com\/help-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/umg_logs-1024x446.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.mxlayer.com\/help-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/umg_logs-768x334.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.mxlayer.com\/help-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/umg_logs-1536x668.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.mxlayer.com\/help-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/umg_logs-750x326.jpg 750w, https:\/\/www.mxlayer.com\/help-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/umg_logs-1140x496.jpg 1140w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 2048px) 100vw, 2048px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The log records feature of UMG allows you to monitor the status of your incoming and outgoing emails.
