For the email service to function smoothly, it is important to have the correct DNS records configured. Follow the steps below to thoroughly and accurately check the DNS records of your domain:

• Click on the “DNS Check” icon in the operations column of the relevant domain.

• In the opened DNS Check window, review the existing DNS records and the required DNS records.

• Ensure that the required DNS records are defined and that the MX, SPF, and DKIM records registered in DNS appear as “Success“.
• If you encounter any warnings or errors in the DNS statuses, you need to check your DNS records and make the necessary corrections.

These steps ensure the proper management of your domain’s DNS records for the seamless operation of the email service.
