You can configure the settings listed below for your UMG account.

General Settings

Configure your general settings such as Language Change, Password Change, Preferences, and Profile Settings from this section.

Quarantine Settings

Emails containing harmful content will be held in quarantine by UMG. You can configure this setting to receive notifications about emails that are placed in your quarantine.

Trusted/ Blocked List

UMG provides filtering options for directing incoming emails to users. The Trusted List allows you to designate trusted senders to ensure their emails are not blocked, while the Blocked List blocks unwanted senders. This feature gives users control over filtering unwanted content and effectively managing email traffic.

In this section, you can block senders of unwanted emails that are delivered to you without issue, or add customers whose emails are blocked due to antispam measures to the trusted senders list to receive their emails. Incoming emails will be delivered without issue as long as they do not contain viruses, SPF record issues, or RBL listings.

If an email from a trusted sender address or domain contains a virus, it will be placed in quarantine. You can manage quarantined emails from the quarantine management section.

Any email, domain, or IP address added to the Blocked Senders list will have all emails blocked and placed in quarantine. You will not receive any emails from entries on this list.

Active Sessions

With the Active Devices feature, you can view devices connected to your account and terminate sessions on those devices.
